Privacy Policy

We are Archer Braddock Private Investigations. Our website address is: https://archerbraddock.com.

Information We Collect

The information you choose to submit through the contact form is your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and an optional message. This site does not use accounts, comments, or any other form of user-generated content.

The notification email we receive also records the date and time of the submission, the IP address it was sent from, your browser user agent, and the page you submitted from. Those details are used only to recognize and block spam and abusive submissions.

How We Use Your Information

A contact form submission is delivered by email to info@archerbraddock.com and used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is not used for any other purpose.

Data Retention

Archer Braddock Private Investigations does not retain contact form submissions. Your message is relayed by email at the moment it is sent, and nothing is written to a database or a persistent log on this website. Because no submission is stored here, there is no record on this site to access, correct, or delete after it is sent. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at info@archerbraddock.com.

Third-Party Services

This site uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated spam submissions through the contact form. reCAPTCHA is a third-party service provided by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

The IP address a submission was sent from is also checked against AbuseIPDB, a third-party service that reports whether an address has been reported for abuse. Only the IP address is sent to that service, never your name, email address, phone number, or message. The result is recorded in the notification email as a note for whoever reads it, and it never blocks a submission on its own.

Cookies and Tracking

This website uses no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies of its own. Google reCAPTCHA, described above, may set its own cookie on the contact page as part of its spam check.
